The do a good job
I went in for a set of four new tires and an alignment on my vehicle two months ago. The service people cracked the frame of my truck and told me the news when I came to pick it up. they charged me for the service $650 to top it off. I have filed a complaint with their "customer service line" and still have not gotten any information as to how this is getting resolved.
Thank you Rochelle and Omar for going that extra step for me. I really appreciate your hard work and going the extra mile for me. If I could've hugged you I would've! I've been coming to this pep boys for 19 years and the service and knowledge has always been superb.
I will not go back. Too many upset customers during the hour I was there. I was told the valve stem replacement would take 20 minutes. He did not mention the lunch break the service techs would take first.
Very courteous staff! Took great care of me and did great work on my car! Drives like butter!!!! You all Rock! Customer for life!
Worse service, I regret ever coming here, and they refused to give the number of the district office.. I do know Ranses Rosario is the name, sad..
Great service. Everytime there is an issue they take care of it and never create issues to make me pay more
