Made an appt. to have my oil changed. Was told I would be in and out in 40 minutes. Got there at my appt time and was told I would have to wait about 2.5 hours! If I had 2.5 hours to waste, I would have stayed there the day before when I made the appt because that's how long there wait was then too! Pep Boys management needs to learn time management!

Terrible service! I recently went there for repairs on my son's car during the process they tried to charge me for services that were never completed, they recommended work that verifiably never needed to be done ( received several mechanic opinions). They inflated the price for the work every time that I asked them about the cost of their service, and the story changed each time regarding the scope of work. I would use anyone else before going back to these guys. They are con artists and will rip you off.
I am very disappointed, I came in to pick up my web order and they wouldn't honor the price I had gotten online. They advised me that it was a glitch, but this is not my problem, I have a valid receipt for the item but when I came in they switch the promotional price, this is wrong. Andy Delgadillo manager of this chino store please get back to me, this is wrong!!
