I started by taking my car to mr tire in Edgewater and they told me to hole in my tire from the nail was "un repairable" they offered 2 new tires for over $200, I went to Pepboys to get a new tire Instead and they laughed saying I didn't need a new tire and it was an easy fix! Davion took good care of me!
I was very disappointed 😔 I made an appointment for 10am. My car didn't go back until 12, very bad service. Will never go back again!
Truthfully great place UNTIL now... So disappointing... who watches a Dad get a flat tire in FRONT of Pep Boys West St Annapolis at 8pm on a 90 degree like night with 2 kids in car and tells him NO the FOUR guys working on 1 car in the Service Bay and one Service Manager on his cell phone sitting on the curb CAN'T help you even though they close at 9. I've been bringing my car here for nearly three years for regular oil changes, tires, etc. The staff are friendly and know me by name, and I always have a great experience there. And I love the coupons, rewards, and rebates.
I have a friend who has been living a nightmare for the past week after going to Pep Boys. She went in to get 4 new tires because she had a flat. The same tire (new now) went flat overnight due to faulty value stem. Although the paperwork says the new tires were balanced the ride was wobbly and didn't feel safe. Went to Pep boys Fri. Evening. Only 1 employee and about 20 people waiting around, went there on Sat. and they didn't have the parts I needed, and to order would be 300$ - I went to Napa auto and 22$ and 10 mins later I was installing. THANK YOU NAPA AUTO PARTS
Came in today to get some oil for my SUV and found a screw in my tire.. The wonderful guy at the service area said he would fix it for free when I asked help to change it, he also noticed my tire locking up(different one from the leak) and offered to look at it (again free of charge) it's been a rough morning do in very grateful for their help.
Great customer service the employees there are well knowledged this is also the first pep boys have seen that had a speed shop great prices and they have anything that you need big thanks to Dave Stephens shit helping me with my srt8
