Absolute ridiculous mis-leading information on web page and over the phone. Pep boys says they do audio installs but cant provide me with pricing or any information on it. Called 2 locations for an install price and they couldnt answer it. A complete joke and waste of time!!
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Chad Woolery, Elias and Willy. I traveled to Phoenix for Memorial Day weekend and got a flat tire Sunday night. It was already closing time but Chad and the boys were awesome and stayed late just to help my family and I get the tire fixed. Can't thank them enough. I wish there were more guys like them in this world!! Great Job Pep Boys!!!!!
This place needs a customer service seminar desperately . They have no idea how to deal with customers. First these people tried to tell me labor was $400 an hour. I guess they figured I couldn't add. Then when we dropped off our vehicle at 2:30 in the afternoon they waited until a couple of hours before they closed to touch it so surprise they weren't done by the time they closed. 2 hour oil change, not friendly, they didn't put air in the tires (tpms light still on).
