Unprofessional. Submitted license plate info wrong so couldn’t get vehicle registered after bogus inspection. Ethan Goober refused to be accountable. Ethan Goober needs a reality check. I was told to “talk to Pep Boys” and then Ethan Goober hung up on me. I called in a complaint file with Customer Relations.
