I made an appointment in person on a Saturday for Friday, then when I showed up for my appointment they informed me I didn’t have one and couldn’t take my vehicle. They even informed me I didn’t need to make an appointment, just bring it in. I stated no I would like to make an appointment because the vehicle getting tires is coming from across the lake. I guess I should have read the reviews before I took my car there. Worst service ever and they have my car. Since Sunday!!!! No end in sight
It took 3 hrs for an oil change. Only one car was in front of me......I watch them put my vehicle up left it went talking with other people then came back.....took way too long

Hate this place. Went to have my spark plugs changed in my truck. They asked what was wrong, after explaining several times they told my they needed to have the computer diagnose the cause. I told him not to worry about putting the computer. When went inside the office and after taking to someone, they said they could not do it. Dishonest bunch. All I needed was my spark plugs changed.
Juan is the best service technician in the city! Everyone at this location is friendly & knowledgeable The one stop for all my automotive needs.
Absolute worst service place ever - not only did they misdiagnose my situation, but they almost had me replace my entire radiator when all that was leaking was the radiator hose near the engine, which I was advised was a common problem with the Chevrolet Impala. Be very wary of this establishment in particular.
