My wife went in to have a nail puncture in the tread of the tire repaired. Was told she needed 4 new tires on her 2021 Audi, it has been driven lightly for 6 months. Before I found out, the tires were installed at a cost of nearly $1,000. Beware these are bad people and they WILL try to sell you on things you don't need. I spoke to the customer service manager who was very rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. They are a disgrace for taking advantage of people like this.
