This is by far the worst experience we’ve had with a mechanic shop. There is a long back story involving poor customer service, mis diagnosing the initial problem, sending notices that the car was finished before it was and asking that we no longer use the app and communicate with them directly, and on and on but the worst was charging for a NEW battery and alternator and after a nightmare of dealing with them and getting the car 2 days after promised- the car wouldn’t start after being driven for one hour.
