RecommendedI just want to give a shout out to the lovely staff of this location of pep boys! Specifically however I would like to recognize Jaadan. Yesterday while on a day trip from Ontario for a little mother daughter shopping trip - we found ourselves with a flat tire. After waiting almost 2 hours for AAA on a bright sunny day in September- Jaadan rescued us by changing the tire over to the donut and got us on our way back to Ontario! Thank you Jaadan from the bottom of my heart you saved the day!
I went through caradvise.com for appointment and payment. Appointment at 9 am today, dropped off at 840 am, received authorization at 1006 am, called at 344 pm and oil change was not started. I was told authorization wasn't received on the company's (pepboys) end, he refreshed and then saw it. Said guy was on lunch, give about 35 mins. They can’t be trusted! Got a bad alternator from them and they refused to take it back! The employee that I talked to treated me horrible and then when I asked to see their return policy he literally walked away from me and did not come back!
I've always been treated very good at this location. I always have an appointment and have been taken in promptly. And the work holds up. No complaints.
This was a nightmare- I brought my car in tonight for an oil change and check windshield wipers at 530 pm and I just left! The best part at 820 checking out they didn't check wipers! Then they said they would put them on for free. So I drive away at 830 and my wipers go flying off on Niagara Falls blvd. the manager there tell me their mechanic is 19 so that is why ?? What the ---- is pep boys hiring??? Never ever again

Brought my vehicle to this location to have my head light looked at and was told it would cost $100 just to take a look as they would have to "Hook it up to diagnostics" and I would have to leave the vehicle for the entire day. I told them to go pound salt and brought it to a local shop down the road. They looked at it for free then fixed the light connection for only $75. Pep-Boys advertises they "Do everything for less" this is simply not true. They treat customers like an assembly line and overcharge people who don't know... read more
