It was ok. My appointment was at one and I didn't get my car until 4:30. The service was four tires and didn't even have time to get my wheels alignment. It used to be in and out.

Nice guys waited on me,took about 1.5 hours as they stated to put new tires on and saved over $9 from what I thought it would cost,it's not much but everything helps.
The Trotwood location always treats me right. They are friendly and quite knowledgeable.
My son had a problem with the front wheel of his car. He Had it "towed" to Pep Boys in Miamisburg. They decided to "drive" it to listen to the noise and determine the problem! Idiots! The wheel fell/flew off and the front of the car dropped, damaging the fender! They absolutely refuse to admit fault or pay for the damage! He even spoke with Pep Boys District Manager. I had to talk Nathan down from doing physical damage to these untrustworthy crooks!!! Unbelievable!
