Went to get the car battery replaced great service not to much of a wait about 45 min Thank you pep boys Auto service team.
I have been here for almost 2.5 hours for them to change 2 brake light bulbs. I can see the techs through the window and most of them are just standing around. When I went to check on my car's progress, after I sat here staring at my car go untouched for 45 minutes, I was told 5 more minutes. That was 20 minutes ago. Horrible service. I will not recommend or return to this location. Complete waste of time. I should have done the bulb change myself.
