A few days back, I took my car in for an alignment (have a lifetime alignment) and tire rotation. The Pep Boys in La Habra refused to do either one! Wanted to charge $5000+ in repairs. Repairs were grossly misquoted for a 4x4 my car is 2x4. Service mgr. first says a 4x4 came from the VIN (?!), the I tell him again that its a 2x4 and mgr says it came from the license plate (!!! make up your mind, mgr was making it up).
