the problems were fixed but they never showed me the replacements when they took them off just a picture I want to see the real deal right in front of my face that came up my car that was broken
A big inconvenience letting someone drop off the car for a wheel alignment then going back home only to receive a call saying you can’t work on modified cars. Make asking qualifying questions a part of your process before you let someone leave the car there. It’s not hard this will boost 1st time customer experience and referrals from word-of-mouth.
Friendly employees, great service, and answered our questions with a smile. Reasonable prices! Would recommend.
