If ZERO stars could be a rating, that would be what I would give Pep Boys! I had a FULL brake job done (paying $857) in Sept. 2024, returning in November 2024, to question the insane grinding and squeaking I was experiencing shortly after. I was told by the salesperson that I was just "hard on my brakes, causing hot spots!" I explained that my vehicle had 80,000 miles and I was well aware how to drive it and I'd never had this issue before. I’m in the retail industry so I recognize poor customer service and lack of desire to serve the customer when I see it. It started with Nick, the service advisor and ends with him as well. From not giving me options on my tire purchase to his low energy customer service approach. I had my alignment done as well as the new set of tires.
