Only great things to say about this Pep Boys! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I called ahead because I was stranded on the freeway and needed urgent help. They told me to bring the car in right away and started working on it immediately. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I was back on the road in no time. I really appreciated the fast, professional service. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews — maybe there’s been a recent management change, because my experience was excellent.
Jude was amazing! He found my exact tires and had me in and out in just an hour. He even took the time to explain what to look for, which I truly appreciated as a woman coming in alone. I’ll definitely be back soon to get my back two tires replaced.
Jude was fantastic at taking care of my appointment unfortunately he had a negative experience with a previous customer before myself. But he handed it with grace, professionalism, and dignity so, far the nicest mechanic I've ever met.
A little slow and waiting room leaves a lot to be desired but people are friendly and thorough.
