Great dudes ! I went back again expecting to wait and I didn't have to. These guys make it easy, they work hard and they're so easy to get along with. They should run a training program for every other business in town, hahaha!
I had a great experience at Pep Boys this morning. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to pivot what we were actually getting done for my car and the manager Jude called me ahead of time and let me know of the situation and other options that we could do instead. Ahead of the actual service to my car, I gave a run down of other services my car would need.
