was there at 9:30 for a 10 o'clock appointment waited for two little parts which I was charged for. and we're not installed dirt from my driveway was still on the old parts when I ask the mechanic for the old parts he couldn't give them to me because he never took them out one part was missing when I went in and the other one was still there after talking to the manager. Pep Boys on SW Military, has been servicing my vehicles for years and I have never had any issues with them. The men are courteous and helpful. I get a full explanation of what's gonna be done, an estimated time for waiting and I can honestly say they are pretty good at what they do!!
My Infiniti was grinding from the back brakes. Called shop if i needed an appointment. They told me to come on in at 4pm. I only waited 30 mins b4 my vehicle was up to be worked on. Luckly. I did it got crowed. An hour later my Infiniti was ready to go. They did a great job! Thank you Pep Boys !
The service was great your inspection machine was down for over a month I had to go somewhere else for my inspection
