RecommendedI recommend the whole place , specially the repair department ! Those guys are great and I have always been treated very well !
Got a flat tire and they were the closest shop, asked if we could borrow a jack to change our tire to a spare they said no that we had to pay them to change it. Went inside to pay and the lady told us they were booked. Mechanics were just sitting outside smoking cigarettes, they kept pulling other cars in. The lady we tried to talk to continued to take other and customers after we were turned away.
Had a 10 am appointment on Monday. At 2:30 was told the the guys were at lunch but they would do it right away. At 4:30 got a phone call that I had ordered the wrong running boards, when they were the ones that ordered them. The service center is really bad would not recommend Pep Boys to anyone.
So courteous, helpful and worked hard to fix my auto problems again, and again and again. �
I took my car here on Sunday for an oil change when I got my car back there was there was no oil in the car when I took it to another shop to get it done right there was not even an oil drain plug I forgot to put it back in my oil pan now we're trying to fight with them because of my my motor is gone do not go to there and lets you want a headache no my motor is completely destroyed and getting the runaround from them
So I gave them almost $800 and my car runs worse than it did when I dropped it off with them. Thanks.
