The store is closed and the service portion open is less then helpful and severely overpriced.
Assistant manager (Ronnie) needs to learn some people skills and needs to take some customer service classes. I have no idea how someone as arrogant and rude can be called a manager.

Javon, excuse my langauge is the SHIT! I’m from Cali, messed my Beamer up on my trip and he made sure I got quality parts at a reasonable price. We all know foreigns arent cheap but he made sure I saved some money. He made sure to contact me even when I went home to give me status on the car. Didn’t miss a beat. Okay to buy stuff off the shelf but DO NOT let them work on your car in the service Bay. Bunch of amateurs
I had the worst experience here you could imagine. I had some wheels swapped on my vehicle and never said that the Lugnuts that I had were the wrong ones! and they put them on anyway! I got all done with them and it took about 4 hours for the "work" to be done. when I left, on a Sunday, I hadn't driven my vehicle again until that Tuesday I went on a grocery run to Costco and it was maybe a 5 mile trip to the store, I was going about 35 miles an hour when my driver side wheel popped off due to the lug nuts being the wrong sha... read more
Well i went to pep boys by the dayton mall to have them check my breaks for a squeak i had been hearing in the front, i was told my front breaks and rotors were fine but the rear were shot and needed replaced as soon as possible, they wanted somewhere around 450$ to do it so i held off and got a second oppion from another mechanic and was shown that my breaks and rotors were like new and didnt need replaced for a long time not sure if this covid stuff and them being slow has them trying to get over on people but they wont ge... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The only reason why I went to this shit show excuse of a business is because I work up the street and I needed a tire. First off when I walked in I was ignored for 10 minutes. I wasn’t even addressed by the assistant manager. To busy talking to the other employee after 10 minutes i was finally asked if I had been helped.
