Extremely Satisfied!! Duhh reviewer D.N.A... Of course they are not going to accept credit card payment over the phone. For all they know you could be using a stolen card or someone elseâs card without their authorization. I know I wouldnât be happy if someone stole my credit card then used it to buy tires over the phone. But anyways, I personally went there to have my oil changed and tires replaced, rotated, and balanced, and just to have them take a look to make sure everything was ok and nothing was out of whack. Pep Boys is Garbage ahahahaha ramon the guy who got fired for paying some mechnics to work on his car without writing up a tickect...ramon the guy who does a state inspection on his own car and doesnt pay for it...ramon the guy who over charged a customer $2,300 worth of stuff she didnt need....a pretty honest guy right NOOO....a company that doesnt give a (cuz word) about their employees bc no body has recieved a rasise in 3 years BUT the managers still get bonuses...a boss man that smiles in your face and right wen u turn ... read more

Unpleasant Tone Called to check avaiability of a part and man on the phone was uncooperative and unpleasant. I would not recommend driving all the way over to their location without knowing if they have what it is I am in need of.
No Way To Treat A Customer I went to this Pep boys because i was new in town and was familiar with the chain. I've had several oil changes and purchased a pair of tires a few months back. I only had the money for the oil change and was informed my rear tires were showing the steel belts and how dangerous this was. The problem occurred when i made arrangements with family members to help me with this emergency and utilize their credit card to purchase the tires. Pep Boys is time consuming I had worst experence with pepboys worst service with state inspection. takes forever. if you fix your own your car like changing bulbs after rejection, you have to go several times
worst shop ever The location on wistar road is the absolute worse!!! Everytime I have ever taken a car there for inspection they always regret it for some stupid crap. I can turn around and it take it to another shop and don't understand why it was regretted and pass it right off the bat!! They are out to get as much money from you as possible and dont care about their customers at all!!!
Mixed Results This auto repair shop appears to be honest and fair. However, the workmanship oftend depends on the mechanic you get and it always take forever to get work done. You can never just bring your car in and leave 2 or 3 hours later. They always insist you leave it over night. I can't stand that. If they managed their mechanics/time/schedule better I don't think this would be such an issue. I don't try to get anything done there anymore because it takes so long.
Really impressed by these guys! I have to rate this business even better than my friend's body shop... Although it's a chain, this location is run as it was a personal business: courteously, with focus on customer care, very pro. The car brakes were replced and some little unrelated things were pointed out and fixed for free. Really impressed by these guys!
