I should have read the comments before wasting my time with Pepboys! I went to the Rancho Cordova Folsom Blvd. store to have a hitch and wiring installed on my Toyota pickup. I needed the job done that day for an important trip the next day. I called in the morning after looking at the internet schedule for the store it showed opened from 9 am to 3 pm. Inability to communicate – My wife made an appointment to have her tires replaced. After sitting there over two hours they finally started on her car! One would think in the current economic state, someone representing the Pep Boys name would have atleast spoke with her and tried to reschedule? We will never do any type of business with Pep Bpys ever again.
