Beware! They don't honor appointments! Six hours for six spark plugs. The manager said that he wasn't even allowed to give me a discount for double the wait. I was told that the cost was $100 over estimate AFTER the work was started.I'm never coming here again.

Especially on a Sunday when it seems there are absolutely no mechanics open in the citys of Reno/Sparks. Enter Pep Boys.
