Pep Boys in fort Myers was horrible. Waited over 4 hours for a simple oil change. Worker at service counter was rude and had a attitude because I expected the work to be done at a more reasonable pace. They didn't care. I would never go back. Don't waste your time or money.
I purchase the hazard road service when I bought 4 tires. I was in the fort myers area. One of my tire was punctured by a nail. I stop at the pep boys in 4797 S Cleveland AVE FT Myers to repair the tire and the shop manager refused to repair the tire unless I had had an appointment. The manager said they could not fix the tire unless I had an appointment. What is the purpose for the road hazard? The Fort Myers location SPEED SHOP Manager demonstrates the definition of "good service". When my 2000 EFI plastic intake manifold on cracked, I opted for an aluminum performance upgrade. It took about a week to realize that I was not current on the EFI plumbing, connectors, couplings, AN hoses, and much more. They have a pretty good selection of auto parts. This store has great customer service and have helped me many of times with identifying car parts needed.
