We took our car to this place to get a diagnostics because of check engine light on ...yesterday . Train EEs to run their registers. Or is their software so screwed that it won't recognize their own rebates and club rewards ? I tried to complete their survey online. It was apparently written by people who do not speak English as a first language. The code is god awful too...unless it is designed to prevent you from leaving negative feedback. It does that well. I'm sticking with NAPA from here on out.
Michael, one of the technicians, is tops! He takes good care of the car and has excellent customer service. However, when you are checking out, be sure the cashier doesn't charge for items not authorized. Ask for Michael, he'll take good care of your car.
It doesn’t help to make an appointment only to be told you still have to wait 2-3 hours! What’s the whole point of making an appointment??
I wouldn't piss on this place if it was one fire. Took two weeks to get a 15 minute Lyft inspection scheduled and then arrive at the appointment time and told it will be at least 1 to 1.5 hours till they can get to it. Fuck 'em.
I caught a flat tire at 7:20 pm and they close at 8pm .... I called and spoke with Michael who informed me they close at 8pm and when I arrived at 7:40 pm Michael embraced us as if we were family and took his time and put our tire on. Despite of the time , he smiled , had a positive mental attitude and placed the tire on the rim for us. Great Customer service !!!!! If you ever go there ASK FOR MICHAEL !!!! Awesome
Worst customer service EVER from a manager. Never experienced anything like this here before. Where ever they got him from..send him back! Attitude adjustment needed...real bad. Rolling your eyes at customers as if it's a problem for you to answer a question is unacceptable! Didn't appreciate having to ask him more than once- what does a price include and get $95.28 gets you out the door and down the road...that's not what I asked you.
