Excellent customer service!!! They take care of their customers as if they were family. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of maintenance and possible problems with your vehicle. They also inform you of what you may need down the road. I'm 2nd generation and my sons are third generation customers. Mechanics are like Drs it's vitally important they fix it right. 2018 Friendly staff; Thanksgiving tire prices were great. Check your hub caps before you leave. 2019 complete 180, on service. They had our tires, oh no dont have them, ordered others, which someone promised to pick up then self. 12:00, they are in route, 4:00 pm they are still in route. So much for empty promises. Lost a customer for life.
Service was good...even though it took awhile ...Like ( 2 hours ) but it needed too be done with the 4 step fuel injection... Customer service was excellent...i give this store a ☆☆☆☆☆
They are great with taking care of their patrons. It only took me so much time because they had to wait for a part and it was time for lunch for my mechanic.
Kind, friendly, informative, helpful, professional and great price for smog. Thank you, mucho! But I did have to wait outside cuz the smell of rubber was a bit overwhelming, for me. Tea and snacks would've been nice ;)

I had a 10am appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I checked in at 9:50am and was then told it would be 2-3 hours until my turn. What was the point of making an appointment? My 10am reserved appointment time should have been available for MY CAR! When I asked about the long wait time the guy shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted to wait or not.....NOT! I made an appointment in advance so that I didn't have to waste my day.
