Worst experience I got! We called a day before to get price for oil change for Honda Pilot (They ask what car before giving price). The price they gave us was 75 - 20.00 discount. Honda dealer charges 70.00! So we gave ok to do it. After finish the service they say it';s 80.00 -20.00!! They "DIDN'T KNOW" how much oil will be used in advance!! What a BS lies!! PLUS it took over 1.5 to finish. DON'T go there! Dealer is way better.
I got ripped off! I needed a brake job and was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors, which I agreed to and paid for. I later found out that the rotors were never replaced. I now need another brake job at considerable expense, instead of just a set of new brake pads.
Stay away! Stay far, far away! I made an "appointment" for 8:30 am for an oil change and coolant replacement. I arrived five minutes early, and there were two cars ahead of me. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, my car had not been seen, and there were seven cars being worked on. I usually expect to wait, but not for that long without a word from management. Got my brakes done. Received vehicle with terrible vibrating while stopping. Seems like they did not even test their repairs. Then the manager wanted to charge me to fix it???Hello
My car broke down on a Saturday as I was traveling through NJ and I had AAA tow it to this local pepboys. Being that I was starting my vacation had to be checked into my hotel by 8pm I opted to rent a car and leave my van with Pepboys. They completely ignored my car, they didn't order the part and then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle when it was supposed to be done they were completely surprised that I was a little angry and stressed that it had been ignored.
