I was sold tires with 65K warranty for which I had to pay extra. Nobody warned me, that now, if something is wrong with the new tires before 65K, I will pay for it!

Overall great experience with the initial offering I signed up for. >>> Watch the up sale based on inspection. Inspection report was good with photos and explanation. Was able to “see for my self” the inspection report finding and will be a good reference for monitoring and possible future activity. Tire (2) and alignment service was good and Pep Boys provided a report on the “before” and “after” alignment data. Service were preformed on time and ended on time with their estimate.
