I HIGHLY recommend this Pep boys on Plaza drive. Not only did they take me in less than an hour before they closed, but they got me in and out VERY fast. I took my car to another place to get a battery replaced and they told me after 45 minutes they couldn’t do it, nobody else was open except for Pep boys which I was so thankful for. I didn’t realize the DAMAGE the last place did and it made my negative terminal on my battery absolutely useless. Great and friendly staff. They take the time to make sure the work is done well and you can get back on the road asap.
I just had service for my vehicle. It was very easy to make an appointment, and I was greeted immediately. My service advisor was kind, handled my transaction and said he would contact me when my vehicle was ready. I received a text and was happy the service didn’t take too long. I picked up my vehicle, found my coupon and paid. Everything was awesome and everyone was very kind and I thank you.
