My car started making this weird noise and I started getting nervous. I pulled into Pep Boys and the service reps were able to identify the problem and have me on my way quick for a nominal price.
Great location, Parking is easy and staff is helpful, they carry a lot of stuff and usually never have to order out.
Pep Boys is a great destination for car needs, and the store is organized well or there is someone immediately available to help locate something. They have a shop as well, but I use Olive Auto next door.
Decent selection for the basic replacement parts. A bit overpriced on their tires and replacement service. Overall though it's good to have a shop for the harder to find items for your car.
