I've been going to Pep Boys for years, first for my alternator and most recently for my brakes. Both came with a lifetime warranty. The techs were both knowledgeable and courteous. I have an older model Lexus and it runs like new. Definitely recommending Pep Boys to others.
These tech's are so slow! By being so slow, this store can start to loose business.
