I had a 11 am appointment for a brake inspection. I was told it would be about an hour. 2 and a half hours later they still haven't even looked at it. I asked what was wrong and was told they had 2 big jobs ahead of mine. the three people who came in after me who didn't have an appointment all were out after an hour. no explanation was given.
