I took my car in for 3 things: check leaky front tire, rotate tires, change the oil. When I picked it up, I asked about the leaking tire. "Oops, we forgot to check that, we'll do it right now!" So I watched as they removed the same tire. I asked the attendent. "How do you know which tire to check if you've already rotated them?" The guys here at pep boys are the best! Very friendly they know me by name. I love coming here... it's like every time I walk in, am their favorite customer.. they are very knowledgeable and any question I throw at em they got an answer to.
