Bloody waste of time. Over an hour and a half to get an oil change ( and free tire rotation) despite having made an appointment. Almost missed a doctor's appointment as a consequence of the mechanic taking his own sweet time over it all. Not worth the savings ( I found an online coupon) if your time is valuable or you have other things that are pressing to take care if as well. I'm gonna pay more to get my car in and out at Jiffy Lube next time.
Was impressed with the professionalism and they were able to take my car as soon as I arrived at 9AM. Service took 2 hours for the managers special which was $41 in total. They were very nice about informing me about my tires that needed improvements but they completed the oil change as requested. I would like to go back again the next time I need my car serviced.
