Fix one thing -then find and Break more to charge more – At first these guys were good, went in for an oil change and all went well so came back for other needs. Well that was a MISTAKE (not once but twice). First I went in for a new battery. Could have bought it and went home to install myself but had a coupon for a few install; so why not save me the time. Parts Manager Is A Joke! – 6/17/11 I went to the auto parts department to order front struts and mounting kit for my 2003 L200 Saturn. The parts manager Kristopher looked up the kit and could not find the kit I needed and referred to Car Quest. This Pep Boys offers no "fast" repairs – I normally don't go to Pep Boys for oil change. This time my car has more serious problems with the power steering and transmission so I took my car in last Saturday. They diagnosed the problems and gave me a list of problems to be fixed. The total bill is about $1000. For the major fixes, the price seemed fair. But for regular maintenance items they are definitely overpriced.
