We had the pleasure of working with Aaron at the pep boys in Phoenixville. He was very pleasant and the ideal person to meet and greet customers while dropping off their vehicles. Aaron has a great demeanor and in this day where customer service skills are rarely seen, Aaron excels and should be applauded by staff. A+++

Just got some work done on our Subaru. Forest was knowledgeable and fair. He explained what needed to be done with our car and helped us make a decision. Very good service! Definitely will be back whenever our vehicles need servicing.
I bought a new to me car on Friday. By Saturday, I was losing air in two tires. These guys figured out I had the issues with my defective tires, and worked with my warranty company to replace the tires at no cost to me. The issue with one tire was straightforward, but the other tire had a more complicated issue. They went above and beyond to make a tiny leak in my tire visible in water so that the warranty company would approve a replacement. Aaron and Ray both have the makings of a varsity athlete. These fellas ain’t playin. Only tire shop in town that carried the tire I needed. Got it done in under an hour. Go see them for brakes, tires, alignments, and more. They were so professional I shed a tear.
