The staff at this pep boys were so kind and helpful. We came in with an issue we were not quite sure what it was. They helped us to figure out the issue and game plan from there. They didn’t have the tires that we needed in stock but were super helpful and personable offering advice about tire prices and quality at other shops. They helped to put our spare on and all for free of charge. We really appreciated their kind, quick and trustworthy service! Highly recommend.

My experience with the staff was overall great. My experience with the repairs was less so. I took my car in for new brakes and rotors, and received it back with a new loud grinding noise. Gave it some time thinking the brakes needed to seat/wear down a little to stop making the noise but never did. First drop off for the repair of this issue took a week.
