Nick was amazing! Fast and exceptional service.
i accidentally made an appointment for the wrong location, but they were still able to get me in and replace one of my tires and do an alignment for me within about an hour and a half! was a reasonable price for the tire, alignment and service as well! i don't remember the name of the technician who served me up front, but he was super friendly and personable, and gave me some great recommendations on which tire to go with since the rest of my tires were still in good condition. i'm quite satisfied!
Best staff, Megan and Nick help me out through the process and did great work on my vehicle. This is my go to for my car
A couple of days ago my valve/core came completely out of my tire & my tire was going flat. Luckily I was across the street at the gas station. I got it over the Pep Boys & explained that I had to get back to work quickly & I could not afford a new tire at the time. Dee replaced the valve/core & put air in my tire. Not only was he very fast & professional, he was also very kind when I was almost in tears.
They was fast and quick with the job. Thank you 😊 pep boys
