Our rental had tire damage and the staff here were so good to us! They repaired the damage we knew about and found a nail in another tire, too. Plus, they have the best view of any Pep Boys we’ve ever been to. And that’s not including the dog, who seems to be running the place. Thank you!
The disservice that was done to me is outrageous. I took my car up there to just get an oil change. I was the first customer of the day. The employee told me that it will only take a few minutes to do and oil change and rotate my tires. Another customer came into the store and the employee stop working on my car and proceeded to work on their car instead and was not going to stop working on their car until I said something. He changed my oil but did not rotate my tires because I had to leave, I had been there for 3 hours. Tw... read more
