I couldn't be happier. I arrived 3 hours before closing needing 4 tires and an alignment with a customer ahead of me. I planned to have to drop it off, get picked up, and return tomorrow . The manager asked me to wait a second while he checked with the mechanics. He came back and assured me it will be done within an hour, getting extra people to work on it. 45 minutes later I was checking out! I appreciate the staff kicking it into high gear to expedite a customer. Great service!
Highly recommend the pep boys. Found a nail in my tire and took it to them for a patch. Took them all of 25 mins and I had my car back! Excellent service
Took my car in for wheel balancing. They called saying my brake pads were bad and offered a “deal” to replace them, which I declined. The brake pads were indeed worn, but when I got the car back, it was still vibrating. My trusted mechanic checked and confirmed that none of the tires had been balanced—no new weights were added. They performed none of the service I paid for. Not a trustworthy shop.
