Went in for tune up and all the did is replace wire and supposeable the spark plugs. I thought a tune up incorporated and oil change new filters and topping off any fluids. I will never go there again. $230 bucks to change plugs and wires what a rip off.
Had a sliver of metal in my tire causing a leak. They repaired it at no cost. This is how you develop loyalty in your brand!
Super happy with the service I received ! My vehicle i had less than a month was leaking what turned out to be coolant they got me in on super short notice and diagnosed and repaired my vehicle ! I needed a new radiator when looking around at places I seen a few iffy reviews on here so was a bit nervous but these boys working here are super kind ,professional and know what they are doing ! I will continue going to them for anything I need! Thank you for being so professional and kind !
Got a flat tire this morning & someone at the gas station recommended Pep Boys up the road. I was able to make it on the flat. Pep Boys didn't have my size in stock at the time but they were very helpful and were able to fix the valve on my tire as well as put my donut on so I could drive. I would recommend coming here!!!
