I developed a problem with my brakes on my Ford Edge this morning. I went to Pep Boys in Yulee, Fl the same day. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it in a matter of 2 hours. Quick professional and friendly I have had my personal and work vehicles at Pep Boys and recommended them to my family and friends
I was told the service would take about 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour and 30 minutes. They had to go to AutoZone to get the oil my car needed, and no one informed me about the delay until I was already pressed for time. As a result, I’m now late for work. Clear communication is important, and unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
