Great customer service. Pepboys is one of my main locations for maintenance on my vehicles.
This is my go to place for most of my vehicle needs. The last time I visited, they were locking up for the night. I had a tire that was losing air and I was leaving for a trip in the morning. Johnny, the tech, did not hesitate to help. I was so impressed with the time he took to diagnose the issue and even after he fixed it, he made sure my other tires were road ready. Again, it was closing time. But that is how they are at this location. THE BEST!!!
