I had amazing customer service with James Geiger and Robby. My car was done on time. They texted me a tracker to watch the progress of the repair stage my car was in. I even got a vehicle inspection. I would definitely return to Pep Boys in Hiram for car service.
A huge shout-out from one tech to another. Robby you saved my day. He went out of his way to press a ball joint into my customers spindle at closing on a Sunday afternoon. This saved me driving back to my shop in Griffin. I can't thank him enough.💯

Very knowledgeable and professional they actually followed up with me when they said they would best pep boys experience and the only location that actually takes the time to talk and explain. Also they don’t push things in you or try to upsell they are straight forward and professional will be coming to this location from now on Drew was awesome
