So where do I begin first off i went to the location in Hiram because my air conditioning system was not working properly. I received the quote for $1700.00 to replace the (compressor and A/C line) I felt it was pretty Expensive but decided to trust their professional diagnosis. I also had them repair my a/c joints which took my total cost to 2500.00. I would never go to this place ever again. Unprofessional, poor service, high prices for poor work.
From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. I was greeted right away. After my car was inspected, I was given a thorough explanation of the issue, along with a detailed breakdown of the costs. I was informed that my car would be ready within two hours. To my surprise, it was ready even earlier than expected. When I went to the front desk to pay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had printed out a coupon for me, giving me $100 off. Overall, I have to say this was a wonderful experience.
