From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. I was greeted right away. After my car was inspected, I was given a thorough explanation of the issue, along with a detailed breakdown of the costs. I was informed that my car would be ready within two hours. To my surprise, it was ready even earlier than expected. When I went to the front desk to pay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had printed out a coupon for me, giving me $100 off. Overall, I have to say this was a wonderful experience.
Big shoutout to Pep Boys for a job well done! They replaced my rear brake pads and everything feels good as new. The free inspection they offered was also super helpful in giving me peace of mind about the rest of my car's condition. Special thanks to James, the manager, for being awesome to work with.
