Had tie rods installed and an alignment performed. Was called and told car was ready. When I arrived I was informed that the alignment could not be completed because I needed struts and I had the incorrect wheels on the car. Turns out they installed the tie rods backwards and could have caused serious damage or failure. This could have made my son wreck and possibly kill him and others. I can't get them to refund the faulty work, or even answer my call. Poor Service!!!!! Do not go here!

Loved this shop. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
Would give under 1 star if I could. Simple job high schoolers do every day so my son didn’t think there would be any reason for issues with grown men working. This is regarding simple wheel change out with balance. First they broke valve stem and he noticed as he pulled away they supposedly fixed but went flat immediately again so this time he put old rims and tires back on so he could drive it and just took the wheel in 730am they said it would be ready at 5, when he showed up they we’re still messing around and my son was ... read more
