The cost of labor is outrageous and the mark up for parts are double what the part cost. Whatever reference material that is being used to charge for parts is a rip off. I took my particular part off in 40 min, but was charged 3 hours of labor at almost $140. I understand that shops have to make money but this is outrageous. The service was good and the job got done, but these prices are a complete rip off.

My overall experience at Pep Boys in Middleburg, FL was 10/10! The entire staff was pleasant and thorough when it came to service and instructions, and the young lady they call Frizzy was top tier and very knowledgeable about the products and services. I will always go back here. There was a service they did not provide but frizzy went as far as referring me to someone who she knew and highly recommended to perform the service of headlight restoration for me.
This was my first time using Pep Boys and was a good experience. I used their tow service which is $85 and is less then calling a service. I have a starter replaced and it only took one day so it was a good turnaround time
