Pep boys are multiple locations so it would not be fair to say pep boys as a whole. However the one in Middleburg doesnt pay attention to the details!
Poor communication !! I spoke with Joe on two different occasions, the first time I came in and was there for 45 mins and was told they would have my tires in the next day. I called the very next day to follow up which he was suppose to order my tires, he had no clue which tires I had. He assured me he would put a rush and just ordered my tires and would have them on Monday . Here we are Monday evening and still no tires were ever ordered . William is the best!!!
If they were the only car service shop in town, I would not take my car to this place service!!! I went there today 27 Oct 2025 between the hours of 3:00 - 3:30 pm. The guy behind the service desk did not even look at me or ask can I help you? It was like I wasn't even there. It was like the worst customer service in life !!! Sorry Pep Boys not for me!!! What a awkward moment !!! The store is in Middleburg, FL on Blanding Blvd.
