I took my car in for routine maintenance, I basically paid 395.00 for an oil change! My tires was not rotated, I over heard the manager that was working that day tell the mechanic not to rotate my tires because he was trying to sell me new tires. I am not sure if they even replaced my spark plugs, I know that they didn't top off my fluids which they claimed that they did, my radiator fluid was well under low. I love pep boys in middleburg. They are so thorough and helpful. Had a problem and they took a good look and figured out what it was even though ive been to two other mechanics and they didnt help with it. So wonderful!
