This rating is not accurate. I did not receive any services from pep boys. I did go there, but they were very busy, so I left. Therefore, I can not rate them. Suggest for the store manager to contact Google and have this review removed. Best wishes to all.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I left, everything was handled with professionalism and care. When I called to book, the gentleman I spoke with was kind and extremely helpful. Once I arrived, Josh took great care of me—he clearly explained what needed to be replaced and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs. Benjamin, the technician, was also fantastic.
