Today, I had a very bad experience with Titusville pep boys. I called the Merritt Island store and got Matt, which is the assistant manager. Matt took control of the situation and showed great professionalism to take care of the customer. It's good to know that we still have people out there who have common courtesy and like to take care of the customer the right way the first time. Matt is an asset to Pep Boys, and I look forward to working with them going forward.
I had appointment and they were ready to work on the car as soon as I arrived. I was in and out in an hour.
Richard and Dominic repaired my tire very quickly at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Ice cold water and hot popcorn were a great treat.
