The morning of 12 OCT 25, I called Pep Boys locate on Courtenay Pkwy in Merritt Island, FL. I explained to the Advisor, my 2019 Nissan Titan was running as smoothly as normal and the engine lost power. I suggested it was my spark plugs. I was instructed to bring my vehicle in for a diagnostic. I dropped the vehicle off to Pep Boys. My son came in Sunday for an emergency repair on his car, and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. Where most shops weren't even open, they got him in, quickly fixed the problem, and were fantastic to deal with. In a world where you're lucky to get anyone to show up, they knocked it out. I can't thank you guys enough for what you did to get him back on the road and safe for a long trip he left for yesterday. Glad to have you on the Island, good work guys!
Even though I walked in with no appointment they still did what they could to get me back on the road in less then 2 hours
