Made my appointment online, showed up 5 minutes early, dropped my car off for a slow leak in one of the tires, walked next door, ate lunch, went back to the store, sat around for another hour, asked for my keys back, asked them if they were going to charge me for parking my car there for two hours and left. Two mechanics were standing around in the lobby office and every rack was full with no one working on any of the cars. By the way, I bought the tires from them and have road hazard insurance on them!
