Firstly, I would like to compliment Jair and Oscar, as they have been so kind and helpful through a tough situation. They fixed my transmission when another shop failed to do so. However, I would like to issue a complaint regarding Neo, an employee at this shop. Very good customer service! They are so fast and efficient! Got all 4 new tires installed same day I walked in to get them. I highly recommend this location to everyone! Jair is the manager there and very knowledgeable. He will is running a great shop!
