I scheduled an appointment for this location after ordering tires online to be installed. The tires were not delivered on time, I called the store and was told I would be notified when they arrived to come in to replace my old tires. I never received notice from the store when the tires arrived, I had to call the store the next day. When I arrived at the time recommended by the person on the phone I was told to expect to wait 1-1.5 hours.
