What a great place to come for your car repair needs. I have never encountered any bad attitudes or unwelcomness. These guys are very efficient and trustworthy. The priceses seem fair as well.
I LOVE my local Pep Boys in Caldwell, NJ. Same day service. Diagnosed that I did not need new starter but the ground strap was loose. Red did an excellent job, diagnosed it and communicated with me through the process.
Every staff member is kind and considerate and thorough with their work. They were swift and timely with my appointment and I didn’t have to wait too long for my car to be seen or repaired.
