Friendly staff great customer service
The team here is honest and always go out of their way to help you, even if it means they have to stay late. I realize there are things that happen that are out of their hands and they're always upfront if a part is late arriving, etc. I definitely recommend this location!
I was in a bind when my tire was damaged and Aron from Pep boys on Baseline and Gilbert came to the rescue! He was able to fit me in on the same day and went far and beyond to replaced my tire in no time. Aron’s efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier for me . Thank you!
