Writing yet another poor review due to their lack of follow up. After fighting tooth and nail to get our money back, they finally agreed to a refund. The district manager, Ronald Stone, informed us that he submitted a claim a week and a half ago and that he would send us the claim # later that same day, which of course didn't actually happen which isn't surprising given the level of service we've received and the nightmare of an experience we've been dealing with for the last month. Whatever you do, DO NOT bring your car here. We've had a horrible experience that is now going on over a month. They installed defective parts, forgot to put a major component of my cooling system back in the car and didn't realize it for a whole week, and I still left with an AC that wasn't fixed. Between dropping the car off and picking it back up, we had to go to their shop 10 separate times which is unbelievable for a single issue that we came in for. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I never leave reviews, but our experience was so poor that I feel the need to. We took my car in because the AC wasn't working. They indicated we needed a new compressor, which they put in. I noticed a rattling noise started after that but wasn't sure at the time what it was related to. They called my husband a week later to tell us they randomly found a part in their garage that they THINK belongs to my car and may have forgotten to put it back in. My battery died at the car wash! Once I was rescued (haha) I drove over to Pep Boys in Gilbert. I was lucky enough to have Aron assist me, from start to finish. He went over & beyond for me. When was finished, he was concerned with all the lights & icons that were lit up on my dash. And instructed me to call him ASAP if they didn’t correct themselves (I hadn’t seen them b4 & I had to get home to my dog who’d been in the house too long!)
