Writing yet another poor review due to their lack of follow up. After fighting tooth and nail to get our money back, they finally agreed to a refund. The district manager, Ronald Stone, informed us that he submitted a claim a week and a half ago and that he would send us the claim # later that same day, which of course didn't actually happen which isn't surprising given the level of service we've received and the nightmare of an experience we've been dealing with for the last month. Whatever you do, DO NOT bring your car here. We've had a horrible experience that is now going on over a month. They installed defective parts, forgot to put a major component of my cooling system back in the car and didn't realize it for a whole week, and I still left with an AC that wasn't fixed. Between dropping the car off and picking it back up, we had to go to their shop 10 separate times which is unbelievable for a single issue that we came in for.
