Jose, the store manager, kept me thoroughly informed every step of the way. They had to order a new wheel from the dealership because of the big ding in the old wheel. Jose said it typically takes 2-3 days to get one from the dealership. Imagine my surprise when Jose called me at 10:43 and told me the wheel was in and asking me when I wanted to do the repairs.
