After new tires installed, they were not balanced correctly. I returned and they rebalanced a second time, they still did not balance the tires correctly. Now I have to go back and explain to them what they didn’t do right. My truck still shakes at 65-75 mph and I have ruled out any other issues as the cause, the problem is definitely the tires are still not balanced correctly.
Kaleb was a lifesaver. Really, he was because it was about an hour before closing time and he was the only one left working. I had a appointment, but due to traffic I was a few minutes late. I told him about a really bad spot on my front tire. It had ripped more since I last looked at it. I and Kaleb both thought that it would have blown out on me. If I could give this place a negative star I would. My husband and I were driving cross state and at 5am in the morning, the car died along the side of the interstate. No heater, no hazard lights, in 40degree weather, in the dark. When we looked around for places that could test battery and alternators, this location came up, so we towed 45 minutes back into town and to this location.
