"Absolutely terrible experience. I was made to wait for what felt like forever, only for the clerk to finally tell me there was a 3-hour wait time. To make matters worse, I was informed that the staff was leaving for lunch right after I had already been waiting. The lack of communication and respect for customers' time is unacceptable."

Very nice & knowledgeable. Fixed my car to where it should have been done by Kings Auto, with my insurance a few years ago. This is where I will be going to from now on.
Worst service ever! Ive had problems with this place in the past but I went back here only because my battery was under warranty. It was dropped off Sunday afternoon. They said they couldnt fix till tomorrow. I said to throw in an oil change which I was told would cost $25. Monday morning I get a text message stating my car is ready but there is an attached complimentary inspection report that stated oil and AC leak everywhere.
