This review/complaint is really about the wait time, not the actual service. I made an appointment for a state inspection, and once the inspection was finally completed, the service itself was perfectly adequate. They charged exactly what the state requires, so I have no issue there. That said, what is the point of making an appointment if I then have to wait more than two hours for what is essentially a 10-minute procedure? The shop clearly overbooks appointments.
