Would not recommend. Booking an appointment online means nothing to this place so don’t waste your time. I booked an appointment at 11:00 am. Was told it would take an hour and a half at least. So I went down the road to Rural King while I waited. When returned at 12:30 my car had not moved. I told them previously I had to leave by 1:00pm.when I asked if my car would be ready by 1:00pm they realized they had not even started and had pulled another car in before mine. How about next time you go test drive someones car you put a mat in for your oil covered boots. Pretty sure you just ruined the carpet...good job pep boys saraland!
