The service technician was wonderful. I was stranded with a flat tire. He was very busy because he was by himself that day, but he made sure he could fit me in so I could get back on the road.
Arman went above and beyond to help me out. I came in right at closing and he couldn’t have been kinder. Guy has great customer service and is an absolute asset to Pep Boys. Go there with confidence, great place!
Charged me $1766 for AC repair on my Work Truck March 25. AC still did not work properly, they installed a cheap toggle switch to turn my AC on. It would only blow low air! 3 days later, the compressor failed and locked my motor up with ONLY 32,000 miles! Today they offered me a new engine "with a 90 day warranty " and declined to pay for my rental vehicle expenses, although i waited almost two months before I rented . If Pep Boys will rip off a Veteran, a 47 year Public Servant, a retired 66 year old.... anyone better think... read more
