4 new tires at a great price. In and out in 60 minutes. And they were busy.
It was time to replace the serpentine belt and so I called to make an appointment with Pep boys. The employees were friendly and courteous as always. The work was completed in a timely manner. I have been impressed with Pep Boys each time I have needed work done on my car. They have never tried to up-sell me on anything and I appreciate that very much. I have found the employees there to always be friendly, courteous and ready to answer any questions I may have in a respectful way.
