Mike, Rob, Chuck & PB Team Mulberry did an excellent job. They did a "2-3-6:30" combo on my vehicle: 2pm/Appointment 3pm/Complete Diagnosis explained thoroughly by Rob 6:30pm/Checked out by Chuck From great communication, to quality service & execution of repairs; thank you all for your timely, efficient service, & professionalism. The only con: price of the repair, & the price of future repairs lol. Other than that: GO PEP BOYS!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Mike and the team at Pep Boys. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing my tires there, Mike went above and beyond to help me through a very stressful situation. I had just purchased a vehicle from Carvana and discovered that one of the tires had a separating belt, creating a serious safety concern.
