My car needed a new battery. I went to Pep Boys website in Mulberry and filled out all the info required and made an appointment for that same day. Went at my appointment time, the guys put in the battery and I am good to go for another 6 months. They all were friendly, courteous and professional. Price was pretty much the same as Walmart ... but without the wait. Thank you so much for a smooth experience.
I needed a new tire, made an appointment online and walked in and it was all taken care of super fast and the staff was great!
I love the service and the tech. Paperwork is always nice to have and the balance and rotation is up to par.
