This Pep Boys in Tillman's Corner, Alabama is nothing like the Pep Boys shown in the commercials. The customer service is poor and unprofessional. I had booked my appointment online and ordered 2 Cooper Cobra tires for my wife's Lexus IS250. My wife was there for her 10:00 AM appointment. I had asked John, the manager, to communicate with me via phone if there were any questions or concerns. Dropped truck off at 8:00 AM; Told truck would be completed at 1:00 PM. Called at 2:30 PM told truck was being moved into service bay. Arrived at 4:00 PM truck being moved into service bay at 4:05 PM. Service complete at 4:25 PM. Made payment and left store at 5:00 PM.
I made an appointment today July 19, 2026 for 4 pm. I walk in there and tell him I have an appointment and he says who made that?
