This place had been great and so kind in the past. But they changed a tail light 2 months ago for me that has already died again. And when they checked my car, they came back and angrily accused me of lying and claiming it was not their tail light. I used to frequent here, but will no longer do so after such poor treatment and volatile emotion.

(2016 Ford F-150 Lariat V6 3.5L TT ecoboost) I brought my truck to Pep Boys because it was making a loud noise anytime I accelerated — the whole reason I needed it checked out. They told me the turbos needed to be replaced and said it would take about 2 days. Instead, they kept my truck for 1.5 weeks, leaving me stranded with no vehicle and very little communication about the delays.
