I came in on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment and was greeted by Timmy who was very professional. I had a screw in my tire and they took me right in. I ultimately needed new tires and got them at a reasonable cost. Timmy looked to see if there were any promotions for the new tires. I was in and out within two hours. The person who worked on my car (didn't get his name) was wonderful and listened to my concerns. I would recommend Pep Boys at this location to anyone.
I went there last night even called about an hour and a half prior to closing. I have a fleet vehicle and the company has a partnership with Pep Boys for maintenance work on their fleet vehicles. Oil changes are always automatically approved and do not need additional approval as the lighter skinned gentlemen had suggested.
